Imagine Education Group Management Team commenced operating child care centres in 2009. With over 20 years’ experience our unique team has strong foundations in multiple states across Australia. Our specialised team oversees the day to date operations and works in consultation with Approved Providers and Nominated Supervisors to get the best outcome for each individual centre and their community.

NADINE ROSS

General Manager

Nadine has been part of the Early Childhood industry for over 20 years, holding various roles both at a centre level and senior management level. In 2009, Nadine started with Imagine Education Group as the Victorian Area Manager. Prior to this she commenced her career as a Certificate III Trainee, and continued to study her Diploma in Children’s Services, Advanced Diploma in Business Management, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Throughout her career she has trained and mentored Certificate III and Diploma students on their early education journey.

Nadine is a strong advocate for ensuring that children’s education, safety, and wellbeing is paramount. She believes that as Educators, we play an integral role in facilitating each child’s unique learning journey in a beautiful environment rich in experiences and opportunities. Nadine is passionate about supporting families in their parenting role, and ensuring our services are nurturing community hubs where all families feel welcome and belong. She strongly believes that working in partnership with families ensures the very best outcomes for each individual child’s care and education journey.

Nadine also has a strong passion for mentoring and inspiring Early Childhood professionals, whilst supporting and advocating for our industry professionals.

ALEX SOFOPOULOS

National Operations Manager

Alex’s time within the Early Childhood Industry spans over 20 years, building her knowledge and expertise from both centre level positions through to Senior Management level. Her time has afforded her the experience and involvement in start-up companies, acquisitions and take overs, as well as ongoing executive operations management during her career.

Alex believes in a holistic approach focused on relationships and connections both at a centre level and community level. She believes investing in this connection drives the ability to provide a high-quality service embedded in meeting individual needs and creating a larger network for Educators, children, and families. Alex is passionate about providing opportunities and experiences for all involved in our centres. She strongly believes that we have a role in driving a love of learning, which is motivated by individuality and a strength-based child-led approach.

Alex is dedicated to an inclusive, transformational leadership that is emersed in mentoring and role modelling. She thrives on personal connection with the larger team of centres and believes in both the shared vision and journey with each centre’s team. Alex believes in nurturing the team so they can nurture the children and families, and she is a passionate advocate for childcare professionals and the important work they do.
